Entrepreneurs and investors wishing to invest in businesses or Australian Government can start an Australian VISA 188 residency – Business Innovation Program. Applicants with legal status (spouse and children under 18 years of age who are single) will be granted a temporary visa (Visa 188 – Provisional visa) for a period of 4 years, can Renewal for the next 2 years or continue applying for a permanent resident visa (Visa 888 – Permanent Residence).

APPLICANT CRITERIA

Applicants must be under 55 years old
At least 65 points based on the Immigration Scale
Have at least 3 years of management and owning business experience in 5 years
Guaranteed by one of the Australian states.
The value of the property (including husband/wife) must be $ 2,250,000 (minimum) two years.
When the visa is approved by the Immigration, the applicant must invest AUD 1,500,000 in government bonds (guaranteed by the state)
