Applicants may apply for 4 years temporary residence in New Zealand, when the following conditions are met:

- Applicants age 65 and under.

- Invest in New Zealand $ 1.5 million for 4 years in New Zealand.

- At least 3 years of experience in directly managing a business. Businesses must have at least 5 full-time employees or have turnover of over 1 million New Zealand dollars per year. The applicant may apply on the basis of owning 25% of the shares of that business or acting as a manager of the business.

- Have additional assets of about 1 million New Zealand dollars to stabilize life (not necessarily transferred to New Zealand).

- Have an English language proficiency equivalent to an IELTS average of 3.0 or have a living / studying in country with main language is English

- Followers with equivalent English proficiency or can register for English course in New Zealand

- Living in New Zealand for at least 146 days of each year for the last 3 years of the 4-year investment period.

- Meet all background and health conditions.
