USA Investment EB-5

Employment based-fifth (EB-5) program was established by the U.S. Congress in 1990 in order to stimulate domestic economy growth via foreign investment. This program allows foreign investors a chance to become US residents via investment to designated projects in the US. Through EB-5, the spouse and his/her unmarried children under 21 years old will be granted a green card with full rights of permanent resident of the United States.
